*Important Note – To maximize savings and avoid inconvenience, always check to make sure your physician has admitting privileges at the hospital you wish to use for inpatient hospitalizations.  If you want to utilize an Encircle hospital, be sure your physician has admitting privileges to that hospital.

Our members have access to a wide range of complimentary programs like VSP which provides discounts on vision services, and Epic which gives members savings on hearing service plans with the country’s largest coalition of hearing physicians and audiologists.  Encore is also the only PPO in Indiana that offers savings of 40% to 50% off the overall average national price for LASIK through Qualsight.
