Instructions for joining the 10,000 Steps® Program

1. From the M-Plan 10,000 Steps® Program homepage click “Join Now!”
2. Next, if your employer has given you a promotional code, check “Yes” and enter that code. If not, check “No”. Click continue.
3. Then, you will be asked if you are an M-Plan member. Check “No – I am not a current member.” Click continue.
4. From here, you will be instructed to enter further registration and payment information.
